The true first edition was published in 1972 by Siamese Banana Press. Designed by Kelly Everding and set in Veljovic Book and Trajan. Signed. Rain Taxi Brainstorm Series #8. Laid in is a picture postcard of Auster in 1994 signed by him and taken by Victor Schrager.
